About TaíCoquí Group, LLC
TaíCoquí Group, LLC (“TaíCoquí,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides agricultural business navigation, producer readiness support, resource coordination, market-readiness assistance, commercialization support, education and resources, strategic coordination, and access to professional and project-based services.Use of the Website and Services
By creating an account, submitting a producer profile, purchasing a membership, checking an acceptance box, or using TaíCoquí services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.FREE Registered Producer Profile
Creating a FREE Producer Profile allows a producer or organization to participate in the TaíCoquí network and receive available information, opportunities, and access to services. Creating a profile does not create a contract, partnership, employment relationship, purchase commitment, funding commitment, guaranteed service relationship, or guaranteed commercial opportunity.Memberships
TaíCoquí may offer various paid membership plans, including individual and group membership options. Current membership pricing, billing frequency, included users, and applicable plan details will be displayed on the website and/or at checkout before purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of checkout.Recurring Billing
When you purchase a paid membership, you authorize TaíCoquí and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing option you select. Monthly memberships renew and are charged monthly until cancelled. Annual memberships are charged for the full annual amount shown at checkout and renew annually until cancelled.Membership Benefits
Membership includes only the benefits listed for the selected plan. Membership does not include unlimited professional services, consulting hours, legal services, compliance work, bookkeeping, tax services, creative services, grant preparation, inspections, travel, implementation work, filings, professional deliverables, or other custom project work unless specifically stated in writing.Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership before the next renewal through the cancellation method provided by TaíCoquí or the membership/subscription platform. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid membership benefits may continue through the end of the billing period already paid for. Payments already made are not prorated or refunded unless required by law or otherwise stated by TaíCoquí.Project-Based Services
Custom projects and professional services require a separate scope, proposal or Statement of Work, pricing, approval, and payment. A membership does not automatically authorize project work or guarantee access to unlimited staff or professional time.No Guarantee of Results
TaíCoquí does not guarantee buyers, sales, contracts, purchase orders, permits, licenses, certifications, financing, grants, incentives, funding, government approvals, market placement, distribution, profitability, or any other commercial outcome. Decisions made by buyers, government agencies, lenders, regulators, distributors, retailers, and other third parties are outside TaíCoquí’s control.Producer and Organization Responsibility
Producers and organizations remain responsible for their own business operations, products, production capacity, records, licenses, permits, certifications, taxes, regulatory compliance, food safety, product quality, financial decisions, and contractual commitments.Third-Party Resources and Providers
TaíCoquí may connect users with buyers, government agencies, professional service providers, suppliers, distributors, consultants, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, funding resources, or other third parties. A referral or introduction does not guarantee acceptance, approval, service, funding, or a commercial result. Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and fees.Communications
By providing contact information and the applicable consent, you authorize TaíCoquí to communicate with you regarding your producer profile, account, membership, services, agricultural mapping, producer coordination, programs, opportunities, research, and potential collaboration.Intellectual Property
The TaíCoquí name, branding, website content, original materials, graphics, processes, templates, and other proprietary content belong to TaíCoquí Group, LLC or its licensors. Producers and organizations retain ownership of the information, products, brands, and intellectual property they lawfully submit or own. Participation in the TaíCoquí network does not transfer ownership of a producer’s farm, business, products, trademarks, recipes, or proprietary information to TaíCoquí.Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or platform to submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person or organization, access another user’s account without permission, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, unlawfully copy or scrape TaíCoquí data, violate third-party rights, or engage in unlawful activity.Suspension or Termination
TaíCoquí may suspend or terminate an account or membership for nonpayment, fraud, misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms & Conditions.Website Availability
TaíCoquí may update, modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue website features or services. TaíCoquí does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general membership services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TaíCoquí does not guarantee any particular business, financial, regulatory, or commercial result.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaíCoquí Group, LLC and its members, personnel, contractors, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, membership, third-party services, or failure to obtain an expected business or commercial result.Privacy
Use of the website and services is also subject to the TaíCoquí Group, LLC Privacy Policy.Electronic Acceptance
Checking an acceptance box, submitting an online form, creating an account, or completing a membership purchase may serve as electronic confirmation of your agreement and consent. TaíCoquí may maintain electronic records of these actions.Changes
