We begin by validating real production capacity across the island and identifying gaps in processing, logistics, and market access.
We are currently working directly with producers in Puerto Rico as part of our initial structural validation phase.
This enables the transition from fragmented agricultural activity to coordinated infrastructure built on verified data and aligned execution.
